Meet Recap

The girls track team defeated both Zeeland East and Union in their final dual meet of the year. The girls are currently undefeated in the Conference and head into the OK Black Championships next week ready for a great day. Helping to last night’s victory was Megan Kupris who set a personal best in the shot put with 33′ 2.5.” Also having an amazing night was Cheyanne TerHaar who PR’ed by almost 20 feet in the discus. Christina Nguyen set a new season best winning the 300 hurdles (48.74) along with winning the long jump (15′ 11″), Emily Bajema winning the 400 meter dash (61.83), and McKenna Boos winning the 100 (12.91), 200 (26.41), 4×100, and 4×200 meter relays. Great job to the entire girls track team last night!
